Nooney & Whitts

Not quite sure what they were supposed to do this afternoon with an attacking force of Pilkington & Mason.

In the first half Nooney got in a good position looked up and Pilkington was in the box with four defenders around him. Mason and Whitts were charging late (in slo mo) into the box. Ralls and O'Keefe were nowhere to be seen.

Luckily Whitts does have the exceptional diagonal on a six pence with a willing runner in pilkington in his locker and showed it a few times, but i am not sure what the hell we were trying to do.

The centre halfs tried the straight long ball up the middle to Mason but what a pointless ball and we inevitably gave the ball cheaply to Rotherham.
