Agree, no one knows how good a coach he is or isn't but he's Cardiff through and through ,the same people moaning are the ones that were moaning there's no local football men at our club

I put up a very similar post a while ago. People on here calling him every name under the sun and it's sums up a section of our fan base. The lack of respect is a disgrace

Why don't you ask Port Talbot what type of coach he was, no one doubts his commitment to the club,but with commitment must come ability, and in my humble opinion the ability is not there

I have a friend who coaches at the academy (don't we all ) and he told me quite a while ago , I think it was more towards the start of Slade's tenture, that Young was the man who would stand up to Tan's interference, now that might have changed, but that's what he said at the time.

I was critical of Scott Young as a coach (based on sitting just behind the home dugout at a couple of games and listening to some of the drivel he came out with) recently , within earshot of the club Chair and the CEO. They were both at pains to tell me that Scott Young has no involvement at all in coaching at the club at first team level and that his role was purely managerial as an Assistant Manager.
