" Cardiff City Fans to be Excited This Saturday "

One of the most talked about New Cardiff Signings to make his debut This Saturday

Cardiff City v Rotherham United

Lex Immers to make debut on Saturday

Friday 22nd Jan 2016

Scott Young says we could well see the new man on Saturday

We’ve seen very little of him so far.Only got concluded yesterday afternoon. He had a light session yesterday, but he will train today. We will get a good look at him with the lads.
He’s played in a lot of positions. We see him playing further upfield in a ten or a nine position. He’s done that quite a bit in his career. He should be available for selection tomorrow fingers crossed. Fitness-wise, he played 28 minutes last weekend. He’s in a good physical state so that’s not a problem.

I think the Immers signing is a really good one. He must be low cost , to comply with FFP , and therefore low risk and his Feyenord record suggests he will be a more than useful addition to the midfield options we currently have.

Although he has not played lot in the first team this year he played each week with the second team and went on a weeks "training camp" with Feyenoord duringt he dutch league winter break. So he should be more than fit to play.

I will assume that he will start on the bench, so I hope Slade will not leave it to late before calling him on
