He passed a medical, found a new home here and then told back you go without a full explanation, Watt deserved to be told the full truth, but then I suppose does anyone ever get told the truth about Citys dealings and debts.

Well if that's the case then that's a joke. The club will have known about this impending embargo for weeks, they shouldn't have messed him around like that.
