Why Feyenoord are keen to let go of Lex Immers
According to AD Sportwereld, the Eredivisie outfit’s decision to part with the midfielder is due to their desire to sign Renato Tapia from divisional rivals FC Twente.
Tapia is similar in build to Immers and also shares the same all-action style as his predecessor.
Feyenoord are keen to bring in the Pervuian in this window and by offloading Immers, they are both trimming the wage bill and freeing squad space for a new arrival.

I'm amazed that Feyenoord are willing to deal with us again after the Loovens debacle.
Didn't they have to sue us (or threaten to do so) for the fee we agreed to pay them for Loovens?
