What makes you say that? We have barely seen anything of Saadi apart from a brief substitute appearance.

Judge him if and when he has a run of games.

Well Mason certainly won't be and Revell enough said :laughing6: Macheda doubt about his future at the moment and Saadi is supposed to be the complete no 9 strong and decent in the air and fast youtube is a wonderful thing. :laughing6:

Looks strong and quick, but can't see him being much cop in the air, he can't be more than 5 ft 8.

The important thing now is that the lad gets up to full fitness.

You do realise we could be able to sign players in the summer? They won't change squad numbers mid-season.

That's what I mean when Saadi scores the goals to fire us to promotion he should be given the No9 this summer.

At the moment we have no idea if Ssaadi is any good, or whether he is another Cornelius but cheaper.

Cardiff City striker Idriss Saadi is close to a return to fitness and has returned to training following a hamstring tear he picked up back in November. Saadi joined the club at the end of August last year and has made just one appearance following a knee ligament injury which was picked up before signing for the Bluebirds and the hamstring injury which followed in the single substitute outing.

French-man Idriss Saadi has returned to training following a six-week injury lay-off. Saadi was injured in his one and only Cardiff appearance back in November when he tore his hamstring after coming on as a substitute against Reading at the Cardiff City Stadium.

Saadi excited fans with an impressive performance albeit for just thirteen minutes but with Kenwyne Jones leaving the club on loan and a recently implemented transfer embargo, Saadi will feel like a new signing for the Bluebirds when he does return to full fitness.
