Cardiff City's Aron Gunnarsson came down with a bug last week and was unable to travel with the team to Wolves on the Friday afternoon.
Gunnarsson felt ok Saturday morning and so off his own back drove down to Wolverhampton and met the team at the Hotel, just in case Russell Slade was short of players or there was any problems with other players etc![]()

For me thats the type of players I like at City, who are motivated, have passion and always give 100%.
Gunnarsson is now back to full fitness![]()

No, not one player deserves to be dropped from the side that out played Wolves.

As much as I like Marshall, who has been a great servant to this club. I don't believe a goalkeeper should be captain. Gunnarsson has all the attributes to be a great leader on the pitch, especially with his international experience of taking Iceland to a major competition like the Euros under his tender of captaincy.
Marshall would be more suited as club captain, who all the players respect behind the scene.

Phil, out of interest who would you drop to put Gunnarsson in? I personally wouldn't change that team at Wolves at all
