' CAN RUSSELL SLADE DO IT? '

5 WINS ON THE BOUNCE

Yesterday, the toughest fixture Wolves 1 Cardiff City 3 :ayatollah: :ayatollah:

23/01/2016 15:00 Cardiff City v Rotherham United

30/01/2016 15:00 Huddersfield Town v Cardiff City

06/02/2016 15:00 Cardiff City v Milton Keynes Dons

13/02/2016 15:00 Charlton Athletic v Cardiff City

In My opinion it can be done we do have the players, just Slade needs to manage the team himself and not have people above interfering.

For me these fixtures will define if we can make the Top 6.

Then we would be top 6 in my opinion and this is the easiest run of our season :ayatollah: :ayatollah:

Annis, if the team dig in and put in a shift like they did yesterday then there is reason why we shouldn't take maximum points from these fixtures, let's hope the positivity continues :ayatollah: :ayatollah:

Can't see it myself. We've only won 9 all season so doubt we will win 5 on the bounce. Our problem has been inconsistency, a few games where we play really well, and then absolutely useless against the sort of teams we are about to come up against. Sounds like an excellent performance yesterday, but we had a few of those earlier in the season which did'nt lead to any sort of consistency. Hope I'm wrong, but based on everything that's happened so far, I'd put money on us not winning 5 consecutive matches.

If we can get a minimum of 10 points from that 12. In this league it can easily push you up 4 places. Let's get some big SUPPORT next Saturday and put Rotherham to bed :ayatollah:

We have got 1.45 points per game so in 4 games we'd expect to get 6 to keep at this pace which is short of requirements, but 9 points would be eating into that deficit. We need a daft run, but lets hope the players and Slade are so pissed off with the senior management that they build a siege mentality.....

You never know, a few anti Tan digs from Russ and there may be a chant on the horizon 8-)

Need to put the same team out as yesterday.

Why change a winning team.

Reward the players who put in a shift.

Annis if he gets the players fired up like they we're yesterday. Consistory , ur spot on

Slade deserves this from the squad more , hopefully a couple good loan signings to freshen things up if the ffp allows

We could be on the March and hopefully have players and a team we can associate ourselves with

When I saw those fixtures I thought Oh Hello we could be making hay here.Unfortunately we seem to struggle against the so called lesser teams. Therefore I feel a defeat somewhere in there and certainly a draw or two.
I just don't have any faith in Slade to mastermind a way of obtaining a consistent run of victories.

Slade will be given these next 5 games to show whether he is the man to take us into the playoffs. This is a great opportunity for him as all 5 games we should win on paper, we just need to deliver the performance levels on the day to back it up. I do think the club will get rid of slade if we don't get enough points in these games. Although I feel quite optimistic at the moment that we will do well in the next couple of games.

Slade will win the next 5 games. Get us in the top 6 while having a dig at tan and Dalman etc and end up getting sacked over it  the irony :?

There is no doubt each one of those fixtures are winnable with the squad we have.

Sounding like your warming to Slade Annis,
Iv always said back the team not the regime, but 1 result doesn't do it for me yet. Winning run and things could change as they do in football :thumbright:

I think Annis isn't warming, he is 100% bluebird to his core.
Wanting us to win games and play well is not the same as supporting a manager or this regime.

You can do both and show respect while doing so.

If the team can produce a run then great, although being annoyed at the shambles the club appears to be is
Allowable because he, and many other City faithful are loyal and want the best.
