FFP Rules Loopholes

There are loopholes, within the rules but not in the spirit of them, just like all those companies that base their head office out of the country so they don't pay tax all within the rules but not in the spirit of them.
Seems to me our chairman is saying to the football league, we want to work with you within the spirit of the rules, BUT!!!
Bugger the football league, and the spirit of the rules, if they don't lift the embargo, Mr chairman, you don't need me to tell you what you already know, use those loopholes
