" Tommy Osullivan? "

Fri Jan 15, 2016 8:59 pm

Seems a young player with potential. Wales young player of the year so must have something about him and seems to do well playing at international level for wales if im right?

Just wondering.. what type of midfielder is he?

Holding centre midfielder?
Box to box midfielder?
Attacking midfielder?
Capable of playing number 10 role or attacking midfielder in a 3 man midfield?

What are his strengths/weaknesses?

He is an attacking midfielder wasted in a 442 though.

Warren Feeney rated O'Sullivan very highly, Cardiff Coaches rate O'Sullivan very highly, apperently Slade does not rate him, says he spends to much time on the ball

Feeney, could not believe they were able to have him on loan, says he's def a Championship player :ayatollah: :ayatollah:

Something that he will learn to stop when playing at a higher level.

If we still need to get rid then surely now is the time to offload a few big earners, and start giving the younger players a chance.

Get rid of Macheda, Revell, Dikgachoi, Whitts (only because of the situation we are in now), Noone, Manga, Morrison etc and give O'Sullivan, Healey, Oshijala (sp), Kennedy a chance.

Sounds very promising id say then. Could he be an attacking goalscoring midfielder do you think in a 3 man midfield, could he be someone like alan judge of brentford?

Let them both go, along with Pilkington and bring in John and Harris.

Same here be great for him to be given a chance and tested at this level. He could flourish but we will never know unless hes given a chance and under slade our youngsters will never even be given the opportunity which is a disgrace imo. Jones malky ole all tried out our younger players but not slade.
