Russell Slade: 'Things will be shown in a clearer light over coming weeks'
More questions on Tan for Slade about whether he is committed to Cardiff.
Here’s what Slade says:
For sure. There’s no doubt about that. His passion for football, his passion for the football club has never changed since I’ve been here.
Fans would say then, where is the investment in the club?
We have had discussions about where we need to be and what is needed. I’m sure things will be shown in a clearer light over the next week or two. You will have to wait and see.

When did you last speak to VT?

Is he optimistic?

Of course he's good, slade has wiped millions off wage bill and has cardiff 9 th in the league, does anyone think tan cares about the type of football slade plays???,no,of course he don't because he don't come to games,as I ve said from day one,all tan wants is to recoup his money from player sales, and from parachute payments,he just wants slade to keep us in championshio

Money was all he cared about full stop, yeah he got the football buzz for a bit like many glory supporters did at the time but he's lost interest in his toy now.

If Slade is here next season - I can guarantee one thing.
I wont renew my season ticket - Ive had 25 plus years as a ST holder - but the last few years have been hard . First Ole and is terrible ideas of what it takes to be a manager in the UK, then since a year last October - I have had to endure Slade and what he considers football.
I think it seems quite clear what Tan is up to - clear the wage bill (that is fair enough - we are in the championship) , but it seems Tan has 2 objectives, 1. get as much money back as possible , 2 Get the club to operate within its own means.
Cant blame for either of these 2 - BUT wit hthe players we have - we should be doing a lot better and or playing entertaining football. Slade seems so negative and conservative and stuck in his ways - it is SO annoying to watch.
So much in fact - that next season I will just pick and choose individual games I fancy going to - and if Slade is in charge and they are still playing the same level of tedious football - I doubt I will go to any games other than the xmas ones.

It,s a myth that Slade has wiped millions off the wage bill? We still have too many expensive players who can,t get into the team and still have 10+ expensive players out on loan? They will all come back as they all seem to be struggling and so will all add to our wage bill at the end of the season when hopefully Slade will be gone? Also most of the players Slade did get rid of we had to give them big payoffs as they were still on contract?
