We will have an empty stadium regardless of who the manager is. If we aren't in serious contention for promotion or in the top tier it will always be like this now.

Agree, fans are not staying away because of Slade. If Slade goes, then it definitely wouldn't boost the crowd by thousands. A lot of fans have had enough unless promotion is in sight.

Few people I work with are staying away because of Slade's style of football they said while he's there they would rather watch parks football as it's more entertaining

The football was a lot worse under Milky the difference is we were top of the league or in the Prem.

What's your next excuse? The beers too warm?

I disagree, Few times that season we put 4 past teams under malky! On tv we hammered Blackburn away scoring some cracking goals and playing with a good tempo!

We had organisation, you could see our lines all in co ordination together! We worked as a team on and off the ball! Something we don't do now!

Yes at times it was boring 1-0. But we did what we had to do to win the game' we also had adaptation and a game plan!!

I agree with this. I know loads of people around me that have not renewed, or even just don't come despite having renewed, due to the football being played.

These are people who have been going down since the 70s and 80s and have seen some really low level football but even then there was some passion from the players/managers and the poor results were down to lack of ability rather than application.

Real City fans know that things have often been worse than this but the apathy coming from the current manager and players, with a few exceptions, is palpable and will not change until Slade goes.

What utter nonsense, if you don't mind me saying so,the bulk of the stay away fans are not showing up for games is precisely because of Slade, they want a manager who they have confidence in,a manager who knows what he's doing at this level, get such a manager and I'm confident it would add thousands to the attendance

If fans are staying away because of the manager then are they fans at all?

No it's just message board bollocks as usual

Football hasn't been half as bad as last year or Malky era

Fact is half of the fans that don't turn up now we're golden ticket buyers and glory prem supporters 13,000 tickets this year is about the standard average championship ST level without any cup runs being top or ticket scams

It may drop a little next year but it's more to do with price and lack of ambition from the club than the manager

This message board is in the minority just like the overwhelming support to state that our crowds would go up if we changed from red to blue.
Yes Slade is some of the problem but not all of it.
The atmosphere is so dire, I can hear someone in the family stand fart whilst I'm in the canton.
