If Tan wants us to become a cheaper club to operate (I.e minimal transfer fees) then surely we should be using our young players and having a very clear route through to the first team from the U21's? Very strange. I could not understand why he was not in the team against Shrewsbury. When he came on he offered some width and pace. Slide has said he needs that in the team. There must be a personality clash. Hard to understand cos Slade doesn't seem to have one. Or he is keeping it hidden behind his folded arms.
