' Need to win now '

i appreciate that many on here don't think we will make the playoffs anyway, but with the results not going our way yesterday we really need a win tonight.

we have been on the edge of being cup adrift in terms of the top 6 since just before christmas, 7 points behind with a difficult away game to wolves to come might be too much.

Not now because we will not beat hull. We'll be lucky to get a draw!

Agree we do but lets be realistic we will do well to finish top half of table

On saying that lets see if we have any signings that can change our season

We do however need a run of 4-5 wins which I cant see

Shocked when I saw Championship table last night. Did not realise how far behind we are.
No hope of play offs now.
2 choices?

1. Keep Slade, struggle through to end of season, crowds dropping, discontent growing, fans walking away (some for good). Club get rid of whatever players they can to reduce wage bill. Then in the summer appoint a new manager and hope to re-ignite the club, and let him bring in his own players. Costs are cut and hopefully fresh start with money to invest.

2. Sack Slade. Bring in a new manager and give him 6 months to see what is needed to start again next season. He can assess the current players and get rid of those he does not want.

Option 2 for me also

Thank you must go to Slade for doing the dirty work from our past mistakes however we need to look forward and I can't see it currently

Option 2 is spit on. A new manager needs the rest of season to assess and try next season
