Ralls - 22 year old & English, breakthrough season although going through a quite spell

Gunnarson 26- In his prime, captain of his country and gives you 100%

Whitts - 31, former goal of the season and multiple PFA Championship teams awards. High earner but settled in the area. 18 months left

Dikgacoi - 31, rarely match ready and probably on big wages. 18 months left

Pilkington - 27, play more inside than outside. Not really a winger any more

O'Keefe - 24, bit part player apparently according to transfermarket we paid £750K (surely not true !!!)

O'Sullivan - 21 in a few days, Wales U-21 player of the year, although most of the good ones get into the first team squad quite quickly

Bang on! Though I'd also get rid of O'Keefe. Youth and pace should be our watchwords now.

Gunnar is our worst cm in possession I think. Hard worker and a good leader but not made for a 2 man midfield. Although I wouldn't sell him as I think he could do a great job in a different system when slade goes and would always be a great squad player giving 100%

He works well in a 5 man midfield.

Gunner performs admirably on a regular basis for his country in a role that suits him, would definitely keep him.
O'keefe might be young be lower league at best.

I just can't see this transfer unless Ralls, Gunnar or Pilkington are being sold. They are the only ones i can see that would fetch a fee and they would happily sign ( for more money).

Whitts due to accolades and length of service must be one of the highest earners, with 18 months left why should he sign.

Dikgacoi was a premier league Bosman, so I guess his salary is top end as well, also 18 months left and a terrible injury record who would want him for a high salary.

O'keefe- the undisclosed fee (749K) is a shockerdoesn't look championship class, so who would buy him.


Are we so happy with Vela if one or even two of the top three leave ?
