Gareth Bale receives home support but is snubbed by England boss Roy Hodgson

Wales captain Ashley Williams and boss Chris Coleman both gave their maximum five points to Gareth Bale in the 2015 Ballon d'Or vote, with England boss Roy Hodgson choosing not to give the Welshman any points.
Lionel Messi won the award for the fifth time, beating off competition for Real Madrid star Cristiano Ronaldo and Barcelona team-mate Neymar.
Gareth Bale was on the longlist for the award and it has been revealed who exactly voted for him.
James Rodriguez backed his Bernabeu team-mates, choosing Ronaldo (first), Karim Benzema (second) and Bale (third) with his nominations.
The Portuguese icon himself gave the Welshman his third vote whilst also backing Benzema and repaying Rodriguez with his other votes.
Wales skipper Ashley Williams opted not to vote for Ronaldo, instead going for Bale, Messi and Poland's Robert Lewandowski, with Coleman going for Bale, Ronaldo and Eden Hazard.

2nd: phillip lahm
3rd: Manuel neuer
comical.
whichever hack wrote this is just trying to stir up a bit of england wales resentment. it really is pathetic. hodgson is entitled to his opinion.
