Does the buck just stop with shmuk Slade or does it go further.....

He's Tan's bitch and works on Tan decisions - Slade inherited a dying club and is a sand bag signing.

if he goes then who next?

I think we need to take a look at our board and upwards as slade is a symptom and not the disease.

did you really think one defeat in the cup would be enough for him to be sacked?

Straight question for you,so would appreciate a straight answer, in your opinion how long should Slade be given to sort things out

my opinion is a difficult one to give under the actual circumstances of the club and ill give you a few examples...

it appears a widely regarded fact that Slade will leave at the end of the season, in that case i would just let him see out his contract regardless of the results we might get in the next few games. we are likely to finish no worse than mid table and whoever is coming in next season has free reign to start as he means to go on.

But if im going to hypothetically be in charge of the club and the hiring/firing of staff, then replacing Slade in the summer is not something that would be on my mind. The aim for this season would be a clear and consistent push at the playoffs, maintaining the prospect of finishing in the top 6 throughout the season. So far thats where we have been, but two defeats in the next two matches would have me wondering if it would be better to replace him.
