SLADE MASSIVE PROBLEM/BELLAMY

For cardiff city...

1. I firmly believe he is a massive reason a lot of fans are not turning up.

2. Bizzare team selections.

3. Tactically not got a clue.

4. Football style of play and philosophy is prehistoric and abysmal.

5. Way too cautious type manager,dosent know how to handle and inspire young players and help them make a successful breakthrough into the senior squad. No confidence on that front imo.

6. Signings too date so far in every transfer window hes had the chance in has been average at best, i know hes working at a budget but still very poor business imo and he cant spot a player or convince a good player to sign for cardiff city.


We are going nowhere under slade and it is painful to see as a city fan. I cant stand russell slade he is starting to make my blood boil. I really hope he is gone asap or at the end of the season...

Craig bellamy in for me,yes fans say he is unporven and wont work out because hes a hothead etc but for me he is very clued up on football and the modern game,is very experienced worked under and played with top quality football people,would inspire players playing for him and players to sign for cardiff,know how to handle and make youth break through to first team and give them a chance, and he would be a breath of fresh air he would re ignite the cardiff city fan base imo and get this football club driving forward all together..

Slade seems like a decent bloke, it's nothing personal, I'm sure he's doing the job to the best of his capabilities, but we're just going nowhere under him, in fact you would have to say that after a reasonably good start to the season we are going backwards.

I firmly believe that to get promoted from the Championship, your best chance is to employ an experienced manager, someone like a Pearson, Warnock or even a Holloway.

Having said that, there is something about Craig Bellamy that I feel he could be a very good manager, and I would be excited if we took a punt on him, but we would have to give him time.

No creativity whatsoever and yet we've got his chief apologist saying we just needed a striker to put the ball in the net as we dominated them like no side have this season even Chesterfield who put 7 on them What a load of bollox.

I can't stand tan and I can't wait to see the back of him but the only way he's going is when he can claw back as much of his money as he can and flog us at a loss to who ever wants to buy us.

If tan hires a manager that gets football matters on the pitch sorted then tan gets interested again and people stop blaming tan. Ole and slade have fucked things up on the pitch, we just need a good manager to come in and turn the clubs fortunes around, bellamy can do it imo

But you have to question why would he employ the struggling Leyton Orient manager in the first place? Was it all part of some grand plan or is he simply utterly clueless when it comes to football.

Yeah I agree but he's pretty much got as much as he's going to from us,he'll sell manga noone and Marshall then go hopefully, without a manager bringing youth through we won't ever get the kinda money back he wants he just needs to accept his fuk ups and go this summer, he can't keep blaming his mistakes on malkay or the fans he has to be a man and admit he's the one that caused the club to be where we are now
