Not the worst result in the world......

Sun Jan 10, 2016 9:00 pm

But for me it highlights many problems

1) We simply dont have strength in depth to compete at the highest level.
2) The players today should have been so eager to impress - because they want to be considered for first team football
3) Unless of course there is a culture that the first team automatically picks itself and reserve players will NEVER get a look in
4) Tamas - He moaned about not being picked. A Hungarian International lets a cross like that beat him. Sorry but that is not Championship defending and I am with Slade on this one for not picking him.
5) Slade - There are allegations he cannot motivate the first team
6) There appears to be the suggestion that he cannot motivate those who want to play for the first team
7) If a manager cant motivate then he shouldnt be a manager
8) We are not direct enough. Fancy passing is nice and it does great for the OPTA possession stats. IT DOESNT GET YOU GOALS
9) We need more shots from the edge of the penalty area with players following up.

.... and thats just a start. I dare say others can add to this.

If we get back into the Premiership (and on that performance its a massive IF) we need a squad of 25 players. We would need to buy 15 players just to compete based on the players we have at the moment.

It proved tonight what a mess that Tan and Slade in charge has done to the club.

As you pointed out,it's motivation and desire.....which is sadly lacking...I don't think we need 15 players just someone to motivate.. :ayatollah:
