Watched it Annis. Really impressed with Oxford, loved their passion and their fans passion :ayatollah:

Jacks can't have any excuses, they had a decent team out and brought on their main striker to try and get a result.

Makes me nervous about later now though

No triangle flags for another year :laughing6: :laughing6: how good were Oxford though? Some real good players in the lower divisions these days, makes me laugh when we are linked and they are deemed not good enough.

Make no mistake the Jacks have a fight on their hands, Jase is so excited but trying to be professional

Good enough for them their bubble is well and truly bursting, a nice relegation would be the icing on the cake

Great performance to come from behind against relegation-threatened Swansea by Oxford United

Swansea must be feeling a pretty shitty place right now! ;) :laughing6: :laughing6:

I think they have announced Curtis, to try and settle the Managers situation but are still try to find a Manager they want that's prepared to take it...

The Sunderland game is going to be interesting, Allerdyce has just signed a six foot five defender and close to signing a striker......

Excellent game, quality goals, and a pitch that works......

Kemar Roofe scored twice as League Two Oxford knocked Premier League strugglers Swansea out of the FA Cup.
The in-form hosts recovered from Jefferson Montero's sublime strike to score twice either side of half-time.

Liam Sercombe levelled from the penalty spot before Kemar Roofe curled into the bottom corner from 20 yards.
Roofe then finished off a counter to ensure Oxford reached the fourth round for the first time in 17 year

Somehow, I doubt if they will be too worried. Staying up is their target for this season. Great win for Oxford United, though.

This is a huge part of the problem with the exodus of fans and the atmosphere of our club at the moment.

Are you SURE Bristol City are your rivals now?

I don't think one single player on that pitch is in our immediate starting plans for future Premier League fixtures. It was an entirely second string. Not even Gomis gets a start these days. Maybe Montero will start a game or two in the future, but that's about it. I think if ever there was a season to concentrate on the league then this is it, which is why Curtis named such a side. I don't think you will find many of us that bothered about this in reality.

Credit to Oxford they were very good indeed.

Well Planetswamp is in meltdown so not sure your statement rings true. You really are in decline, Newport county have lasted longer than you in the FA cup, hilarious.

Massive game for them against Sunderland this week now.

Jacks saying "who cares we had a second string team out". Fair excuse if your playing a Championship side but league two? Your replacements can't beat a league two side, says a lot. Fucked if theirs injuries. Iv'e always maintained they will stay up, I still do but I am not as sure now.

I watched the whole match and thought Oxford played them off the park. To see the jacks having to hoof the ball up for Emnes to try to knock it back just shows how low they have gone. Shelvey played like an absolute tw*t, shooting on sight, and getting closer to the corner flag than the goals. No skill levels at all. Oxford on the other hand played proper football, finding their players in space, running at players and made the game enjoyable. Kemar Roofe looked unplayable and I would not be surprised if a premiership or championship club snap him up. I'd have him here in a second.

And by the way if any lying jacks come on here spouting that was their second team consider this....six of that team played against Crystal Palace. See you in the Championship next year :bluescarf:
