Cardiff City have made a loan offer for Anthony Stokes.

It's reported Hibernian have also expressed an interest in the striker.

Good point but Slade obviously thinks we can still make the play offs.
I don't think we will but as a manager he's got to go for it if possible.

Fans always wanting a quick fix transfer or much worse a loan really make me sick. We have a fully funded academy and U21 programme and half our transfers have been "for future" that never arrives because we keep getting quick fixes in to keep fans like you and sky sports news happy !!!!

If we sign him then it shows a serious lack of ambition. On the cheap yet again.

Decent player when his mind is in the game but it seems he's happier getting pissed up in Clydebank pubs and saying silly things on twitter.

If he wants to knuckle down and play football then yeah, if he's looking for a new drinking location then no thanks.

I hope that he proves me wrong if we sign him but I just can't see it. The Scottish league is absolutely dreadful. Before the season starts, you know exactly who is going to win it
