Was that picture taken whilst he was on the pitch? Looks a familiar 'laid back' pose!![]()

Can't blame him tbh, but goes to show his main motivation and I feel he didn't 'do it' for us at £35k pw!

Ive been told by numerous people, Kenwyne was offered £13,000 a week for next season, if its true, then I honestly don't believe others would not have done the same as Kenwyne.

£676,000 a year or £2,600,000 in the sun a tough one

Got to disagree with you mate he was playing quite well until the club informed him they're not renewing his contract.say for instance you had a good paying job and your company told you they were gonna make you redundant but they give you a months notice would you work to your full potential?and might I add would you work as well with people shouting racist horrible abuse at you?

I get where your coming from but did the club actually offer him a lower paid contract? And the biggest question for me is who do we bring in as a replacement as we already had a proven goal scorer on the books.Sven wrote:tylorstown18891 wrote:Sven wrote:Rydogsccfc wrote:That's his cup of tea.

I wrote that with a certain jest, but I fully agree with your 'racist abuse' comment and will never condone that![]()
What I would say though, is that KJ was contracted on £35k a week until the day he left and had not (to my knowledge) taken a pay drop in recent weeks/months![]()
I like the big centre forward in the Championship but I feel KJ had a lot more to offer than what we saw in recent times
I also believe he had an obligation to live up to his substantial contract and sadly (IMHO) he didn't perform for some time prior to his departure and he is better off the payroll, if it mans we can get someone more 'motivated' on the pitch

if it weren't for Kenwyne where would we have been the first season back in the championship? And what happened when we loaned him out at the end? Hardly scored a goal if I remember right.the clubs fucked him about since he's been here so he's obviously not going to bust a gut for us when our club and fans show absolute no respect to the guy after all he's done for us7777 glt wrote:tylorstown18891 wrote:Can't blame him got treated like shit by management fans and definetly on here.quality striker and wish him all the best
He has been paid very well by Cardiff for very mediocre performances during his time here , fans are not stupid and don't take kindly to a player with a can't be arsed attitude during games , however he performs he still picks up a good wage and this has been a theme at most clubs he has played for , the odd good moments in games is simply not good enough to justify keeping a basically a one dimension player ...... glad he has gone
