Derby County are challenging Premier League sides Swansea City and Bournemouth for the loan signing of young Chelsea forward Islam Feruz, according to the Mirror.

They guy that failed on loan.

If I remember correctly, his agent blocked him from joining us on loan because he thought he could join someone better than us.

Feruz then sacked his agent to allow himself to join us, but then we watched him a bit more and decided we didn't want him.
