Derby/Boro Money?

Both these clubs have spent a lot of money this season. But i was just wondering where have they suddenly got all this money from?

Neither club got parachute payments and as far as im aware i didnt think they had mega rich owners?
Are they rich or just racking up debt from loans?

Racking up the debt throwing money at trying to get promotion not ideal long term if it goes wrong.
