Birmingham are interested in Sunderland's Will Buckley, PA Sport understands, after Demarai Gray's move to Leicester earlier this week.

Boss Gary Rowett has been a long-time admirer of the winger, who was initially loaned to Leeds in October but was recalled early in November and is now expected to be granted a move away from the Black Cats this month.
