Cardiff and Heracles agree fee for Weghorst

Heracles striker Wout Weghorst seems on his way to the English Championship after Cardiff City agreed a fee with Heracles Almelo.

Last month, Cardiff City had a bid knocked back by Heracles, but their chairman Jan Smit has now confirmed that the two clubs have now agreed a fee.
Smit told FOX Sport, “We are out of Cardiff. The ball is now with him.”
The fee has not been announced, but Weghorst is now personal terms and a medical away from moving to Wales.
The 23-year-old joined Heracles from FC Emmen in 2014 and has netted 11 goals in 35 league games for the Almelo side.

So did Andreas Cornelius, but the dutch league is strong, and we did find a bargain in Glen Loovens in the past. So hopefully he does turn out to be a good player.

I know the difference is dutch league is better than the danish league and of course we are not paying 8 mill.
