Pilkington is attracting interest from Rovers as they look to bolster their wide options

Blackburn Robers are interested in signing Cardiff City's Anthony Pilkington, according to reports.
The Bluebirds brought the winger to the Welsh capital for £1m in 2014 and, with Russell Slade believed to be looking to add more wingers to the squad, Pilkington is unlikely to come cheap for Rovers.
Having made 42 appearances for Cardiff City after establishing himself in the first team, the Bluebirds will likely demand a fee higher than the £1 million they paid, given that the 27-year-old is contracted until next summer.

I can not see Blackburn spending £1 million on a player as they cant risk failing the Financial Fair Play rules and having a transfer embargo placed on the club, since it was only lifted last month.

He is worth quite a bit more than £1m now I think.

A million is about his worth, i'd take it. We have Kennedy and Harris and that Dutch kid in the U-21's.
I've accepted that we have missed our chance of the play offs, so sell and see what we have.

All we seem to be doing is selling our better players and bringing in lower league/foreign hoping they will make it.we need quality if we want to go anywhere in this league

1m seems fair to me for an injury prone player of his ability. Id take it

Its ok people saying we got Kennedy & Harris but what have they featured this year? Were talking about letting go of another of our regulars here - replacing with people that haven't set foot on the pitch all season! what a load of nonsense!
Keep unless the deal includes a FIT, attacking pacey winger in swap. Otherwise bloody hang onto him

Let's bring delfouenso in as a swap deal, he seems out of favour he has good experience and is a decent wide player
Paceful skillful worth a shot.

Hes more of a striker than a wide player.

He was born in Blackburn, so he may be interested, we paid £875,00 for him, he is only 27 years old. IMO it would be a step backwards and i would rather he stayed.

Everyone keeps saying we need more pace. Would be madness to add another wide player and not sell one.
