Even when we were in div 2 it was great (old div 4) been watching city solidly since 1976 the club has lost its whole identity and it doesn't feel like Cardiff city anymore, I have lots of respect for all city fans but we need a new manager maybe some decent signings and things might look up. We need some direction or it will get worse in the coming seasons
Sad really but there you are.

The reason for yet another post on the stay away fans, is because the media have done a big thing on it today, City are discussing season tickets for next season and the crowds have not improved at all this season, in fact got worse.

The number of glory hunters is not what matters. The only thing they will bring to games is a face in the crowd.
We are losing/have lost the real fans that actually create an atmopshere.
It was because of the rebrand. And the fact tan openly lied to the fans
I said yesterday that the early reapplication for seaosn tickets in the premier league and our relegation caused a large amount of fans to lose interest. We all paid a premium, in good faith. "Join the Olerevolution". Remember that crap. And then we went down. But don't worry guys, we'll cost cut now. That'll do the job.
And to be honest, for all the defenders of tan saying that he has put the money in.....Our finances are nothing other than murky. No one has a clue what tans is going to do. No one trusts him. He is a businessman and we are simply numbers and money to him. Until he leaves and someone owns us that the fans actually trust, I think lots think we are papering over the cracks and simply waiting for tan to sell/ mug us off.
Tan has lied to the fans before "we will not change our colour" " we will not change our badge". And he has been completely silent for how long?. Compare him to tony fernandes and others. I think the silence is important - he has nothing good to say.
The one reason I hate going is because I am sustaining tans continued involvement. I would be happy for him to stay. But he treated us like turd before, and I simply dont trust him.
It tells you his motives with the fact he hasn't been (am i wrong?) once this year.
That ladies and gentleman is the leader of our club.

Firstly i will renew my ST regardless the price however that is good news that the Club are discussing ST and hopefully they will be reduced because if they don't reduce them we could lose more support. The Rebrand has been and gone now so no excuses on that one. I don't think it is unattractive football, although it is dire at times, we have also been playing some decent football, only not for 90 minutes. Slade and Tan will put some people off, however IMO we are following Cardiff City regardless who is in charge. So i think our Fan base just grew with our success and they have now gone due to our lack of success, which is sad because you should support your team through both the good and bad times.![]()

The only way forward is to get rid of Slade and bring in a manager that wants to play attacking football. Cut season ticket prices to £200 for adults, £50 for kids and £100 OAPs/students. Match day tickets should be a tenner. Food and drink should be reasonably priced. Use upper ninian stand to give out free tickets to schools across South Wales. Get rid of Wayne Nash and sort stewarding out to recreate a half decent atmosphere.
