' Why Slade Dropped Fabio & what Slade said on Mason '
Russell Slade
Slade said: "We brought Malone in, it's just fresh legs really. I know I've mixed it up a bit in the full-back positions but both of them have quality, Malone certainly going forward, he can provide something."
On Mason, Slade added: "I think he's raring to go, he's really looking forward to . It's been frustrating for him but he knew he needed a break. He's chomping at the bit and I'm looking for a response from Joe today and I think I'll get it. "

Fabio has class but I think malone has a touch of class about him too. He's a more composed defender than Fabio and can deliver a better cross. I'd pick malone first.

I could think of other positions he could rotate too like giving kennedy a run for noone now and again.

Given our lack of pace and tenacity going forward I am amazed Fabio has not been given a chance on the wing

Fresh legs? Fabio only come in for 1 game prior to getting benched again and yet he flogged most players half to death over Xmas. Idiot.
