Spain had quite the empire in their day. Their language extends all over the world. Business is global now. If your daughters are fluent in Spanish it will set them up brilliantly. I bet it made his day too.
When I'm anywhere I always make an effort to learn a bit of the local language. Makes a difference.

I have many Brazilian friends here in Santa Ponsa Annis as you already know, and they speak perfect Spanish as its their second language![]()
