Good shout to play Mason

Sat Jan 02, 2016 4:26 pm

Always seems to score against Blackburn. Just as Steve Thompson always used to score against Burnley. Not sure it'll keep him in the team for next week but a good shout for today all the same.

Most fans were calling him clueless for playing him :laughing5:

Heard his goal was a lucky fluke. He played well?

Didn't do much, a poachers goal really.
Noone ran down the wing, cut in on his left (How no full back in the league has copped onto this to stop it I don't know - The lad does not have a right foot) shot and it was blocked, Mason controlled it well and slid it into an open net

The goal saved him from a 4/10

Totally pointless player who is too similar to Watt but nowhere near the class. Hopefully the goal will attract buyers

Thought he struggled, no link up between him and watt at all, lucky goal but in the right place at the right time. 3 points but we are lacking a creative spark

Nothing lucky about getting yourself in the right positions for rebounds. Masons a clever player, as he's matured his other weaknesses have shown through and he's disappointed me slightly but I'm not with those who say he's lazy.

His goal was his only contribution.

He works hard, but lacks the pace. I honestly thought his finish was a lot harder than he's been given credit for

Soon as I heard he was playing I put a bet on him first goal scorer 6/1  goal apart thought he was very poor and weak today.

He`s absolutely useless ... the goal just papers over the cracks

it was he had to insantly hit it and get it past defender on the line! easy from the stands. :old:

Mason has still got a lot to prove.

Tap in. Poor play other than that though, need better.

He has no "Sprint", its walk or Jog.

Always reminds me of the Michael Mcyntire running for the bus sketch.

All is missing is the wave and check his watch at the end.

Most fans are right , despite his goal it was same old Joe for me , simply not good enough at this level and has no future at Cardiff

Any finish is a good finish in my book. Our fans just love to criticise anything they can to slate our players

If it wasn't for Joe we wouldn't have got the 3 points :thumbright:
