lost season ticket

Ive mislaid my season ticket. The ticket office number is useless and keeps disconecting. Anyone know the procedure and price to get a replacement

Go down to the ticket office before the game, tell them you have lost/can't find your ticket they will ask you if you would like a replacement. Then they will give you a paper ticket for todays game, if you're a junior its free but if you're an adult its a £5 charge
