Maybe they should make an incentive one week for people to move over there to see what it's like.
I also think a low price young persons season ticket for under 25s for next season might encourage a few more younger fans in there and improve the atmosphere further

The last 3 games I've moved round to the canton end where I can stand freely if I get slightly excited (not of the pointing north variety). The point of my post is that something as small as not feeling the freedom to express yourself without looking over your shoulder and to feel free as a fan made me realise the shackles placed by the (majority) of the bib brigade has destroyed more of the atmosphere than I initially thought. I never thought I would miss the trickle of piss down the Bob bank terrace and sharing of whisky but God does t it remind you of what supporting your club should be like. Every week I tell the missus the stadiums dead and I'm not going again but I do and I will because my heart says I must. We can't rely on the canton every week to generate atmosphere.
We may be small in numbers now but those that walk through the turnstile do so because we love our club. f**k the stewards, f**k the rebrand, f**k the dire football and f**k tan. Let's show we care, win lose or draw. They can't throw everyone out for standing and screaming from the heart. It could be worse..... You could have been brought up a jack. Fire in the belly Saturday. Let's show some passion and remind our players how privileged they are to live yours and my dream.

Fans who want to stand are now realising that the Canton offers them this opportunity but as one poster says 'at the price of a slightly poorer view'.
I was fed up of the attitude of standers who wanted it their way, even though they often stood in front of people who can't stand for a whole game or even those who just preferred to sit. If your one of these, and I am, you should try 2 aching the game with someone stood in front of you. That's the height of selfishness!
Perhaps the OP should try and appreciate other views and move permanently to the Canton, or is he one of those posters who considers himself the only one that matters.
Well done to those who've seen the light, however accidentally. I'm really glad for you that you've found an experience that suits you more to your liking.

You talk of freedom, so I'm wondering what is your view of people who have paid a lot of money for their season ticket, who would prefer to sit and not have thoughtless people like you constantly standing, blocking their view of the game, or doesn't their freedom count in your eyes

If they don't bring back the terraces, the grounds will stay silent.
The authorities only want a certain type of fan, who buy a burger, a programme, a scarf, and sit there in silence, like those japanese guys you see at Old Trafford.
Anyone who doesnt fit this model is the enemy.

Of course you've paid money to watch the football, that's not his point. The point is that the CCS has no atmosphere anymore and we want to get the atmosphere going again. The only way to do that is for the fans to get behind the team and sing loud and proud.
I sat down once in 115 in the Ninian Stand and I could tell you what the guy 5 rows ahead of me had for breakfast. If you want to keep going down the CCS where you can hear a pin drop then be my guest. However the large majority of Cardiff City fans want the atmosphere back and our freedom of speech has been nullified by the stewards.
I f*cking swear if I want to.![]()

Your a complete clown and its tossers like you that have killed our once feared atmosphere.
