3 things we learnt from the last 3 games

1. We are simply not good enough to break down packed defences...we have no leaders on the pitch to drive us forward and change things

2. we are not fit enough...time and again we rang out of steam in the second half

3. We will never get promoted under Slade, he is a nice bloke but just doesn't inspire and is tactically very poor

1. The 424 fantasy football hasn't worked, 2 strikers and 2 wingers won't get enough decent ball to hurt modern well organized defences

2. Joe Rall is not a holding midfielder

3. If you don't get crosses into Jones he can't score
