Heracles want £3m for Cardiff target Wout Weghorst
The Bluebirds have already been busy ahead of the January transfer window but their attempts to land Dutch striker Wout Weghorst appear to have failed.
According to the Daily Mirror, Cardiff made a £700,000 bid for Heracles' in-form star.
The 23-year-old was seen as a key target as Cardiff push for the playoffs but Heracles want £3m.
That is too much for manager Russell Slade, who has reportedly given the green light to discussions with two other strikers over possible moves to Wales.
