Jordanian billionaire is considering buying a club in the Premier League or Championship. Hasan Abdullah Ismaik told Telegraph Sport that football in England was “incredible” and that he was actively looking at a number of options.
Ismaik is currently the majority shareholder of the German club 1860 Munich but has grown frustrated by the rules which, he said, prevent him from assuming full control and investing the way he wants to gain promotion to the Bundesliga.

I think fans are deluding themselves if they think we have any chance of being bought out. Only an idiot would buy Cardiff City in its current state.
Any sensible businessman will be watching with a close eye, checking on the clubs situation and waiting to pounce if the club ends up in hard times. Thats why its a complete myth that administration will see the club die, because that is the best time for a businessman to jump in, buy on the cheap and take over an already reputable brand for next to nothing.
MK Dons are a far more attractive prospect currently. A stadium around 30,000 capacity, closer to London and very little debt in comparison to other Championship clubs.

It doesn't matter what they currently get. If they get promoted the Stadium MK will easily full up every week with plastics and day trippers wanting to watch the games on the cheap. Only idiots think attendances achieved in the Championship are any indication of what can be achieved in the Premier League. The fact is, if MK Dons go up, the Stadium MK will be pretty much full every week, especially considering its so close to London and Chelsea, Arsenal, Spurs and West Ham fans will lap up the opportunity to watch their sides on the cheap.

A really well thought out strong argument built on a foundation of logic, solid sources and evidence. Its a shame a person with your obvious intellectualism isn't in high office, we might just be able to sort out the books and stop paying billions in debt interest ever year.

MK Dons
Less debt
Equally sized stadium
Closer to London which loads of players love
Fairly fresh brand to refresh
vs
Cardiff City
Mass amount of debt
Equally sized stadium
Further away from London
Historical brand thats been through changes - turmoil - revolt
Yes, MK Dons clearly aren't the more attractive business proposition.![]()

Both of these are in lower leagues. Null point. MK Dons are in our league and are an all round better proposition business wise.
You must be deluded if you think Cardiff City are more of a prospect than MK Dons. Cardiff City "WERE" in the Premier League, that doesn't make them attractive now. You know what makes businesses attractive? Little liabilities, good location for business, including potential expansion into other avenues, and brand image.
And yes, London does matter, which is why its the epicentre of business in the UK. Go and ask fans of clubs up north of why they keep losing out on so many transfer targets to Spurs and Crystal Palace. Location. Lots of footballers with more money than sense want the party lifestyle. Why do you think Zaha wanted to go back so much? To play for his dream club Crystal Palace? Yes, of course. Give me a break.

Location is incredibly important. Anyone telling you otherwise clearly has no business acumen whatsoever. There's a reason major companies spring up in the big capitals around the world. Unfortunately, for now, Cardiff is not one of them, and won't be until Wales get's more of a fair shake from Westminster. Outside of the UK, the vast majority of the people see the UK as England and only really give a damn about London.

There's always the exception to the rule, Tan found us! I agree in business location location location is usually everything, but not always, my hope is we have an owner who watches the games and gets the fans behind them.
