Bumped in to John Hartson tonight at the Celtic Manor, Ive met him on many occasions and always had some good chats with him, pure gentleman :thumbright: :ayatollah:

He's been through a lot and deserves a lot of respect :ayatollah:

We always have good banter about Cardiff and Swansea :ayatollah:

Deep down he has a lot of Respect for Cardiff City.

He's just applied for Luton Towns managers job, he has all the badges etc.

Plus fair play BBC have just given him a 2 and a half year contract and Harrison will be in the Studios for All Wales Euro 2016 games.

Lovely man. He has a lot of time for all Welsh clubs, I spoke to him previously in Llanelli and said he was suprised by the messages of good will he recieved from Cardiff fans when he was going through his cancer battle and was chuffed to have the support he did. I think from that moment his relationship with Cardiff fans become complete mutual respect on the whole.

Annis, he gets a lot of stick from our fans and this forum but he has been through a lot. Always passionate about Wales and Swansea City as well.

Always listen to his opinions, and he doesn't bad mouth Cardiff in the press like a lot of Jacks do.

I've got a lot of respect for him, and wish him luck for the Luton job.

Only sportsman I've never asked to have a selfie with , I know he's been through a lot and would not wish harm but don't like him after the once I spoke to him

There's sporting rivalry and real life. I didn't like him as a player because he's a jack but I wish him well off the field. He's quite an inspiration actually in how he's fought cancer. I've a lot of respect for him for that.

Years ago I was at the game when he played for Luton Town against Cardiff City and he got a lot of stick off the fans , being from Swansea area , but on the day he was the best player on the pitch , he went on to Arsenal and made a career for himself , fair play to him he has come through some tough times , and at the end of the day despite our rivalries he is passionate about welsh football

He is a true gentleman and has a lot of respect for Cardiff fans especially after all the best wishes he received from us. He once gave me his Celtic shirt which he signed for me to put up in my bar in Tenerife. A nice guy.

Mindless comments about hatred for another human being shows a level of ignorance which detracts from decent discussion. If you want to know about hatred EB I suggest you don green or blue and travel up to Glasgow for the Old Firm match. That is REAL hatred,

JS I believe we live in a democratic country where freedom of speech is allowed. So if I want to comment on something I will. Look at your reply,so I would say to you if you want to say something to me you do it face to face not through a website under an assumed name.

putting his character to one side as i don't know him, he's a crap pundit and doesnt strike me as the sort of person who would make a manager.

In depth analysis there EB well done go back to trying to read the Sun.This man should be dead, met him a decent one of the boys guy, no front whatsoever. His character is obvious to the medical profession who basically thought he was a gonna.Strength of character shone through and he is alive.
