You keep asking the same question on here.
you know where they've gone, back to watching liverpool and man ure

back in the early 2000s we had similar crowds to now, as sam came in and money was spent, our group of mates who went to the games regular increased. A few of the lads who were liverpool and leeds supporters started coming and playing the "bluebirds" supporters role. They soo died off when the success started to go.

There were probably 10,000 more like them in the area.

No surprise and no loss.

I have followed us for over 35 years and been in exile since 1989. I have indoctrinated my 3 boys into the ccfc faith. In this time I have held season tickets for probably 9 or 10 seasons and visited close on 50 grounds. Over past 2 seasons I have been to 4 home games. There are a number of reasons for this. Some of it down to finance and cost of getting in although this season ticket prices are more reasonable. Other reasons are I miss ninian park and the rebrand. I also prefer doing away games as the atmosphere at ccs is dire thanks to Nash the hypocrite and his team of gestapo trained stewards.

Hopefully in next year or so I'm moving back to South Wales and I'll buy season tickets again.

To me the club needs to do the following things to improve and get the fans back.
1. Cut season ticket prices to £200 for adults and £50 for kids with £100 for students, unemployed and OAPs.
2. Relax stewards attitude to standing
3. Replace Slade with a manager that can motivate team and get them playing attacking football
4. Develop academy and give local born kids a chance if they are good enough. Nothing like seeing young players that fans Dan identify with rather than overpaid prima donnas.

Success brings in the crowds its the same at all clubs.

I will always renew my season ticket and go to at least a quarter of away games every season but at times the last year or 2 its been a chore. But its like a drug and i cant give it up. :bluescarf:

I`m afraid this could be my last season as a season ticket holder ... my son`s rugby turns to a saturday next season when he starts playing youth rugby. I dont plan to stay away for all the games though i will be back to watch from time to time but its obvious where the others have gone. The atmosphere and thrill of watching cardiff week in and week out as just gone. capitalism as completely destroyed the game  hopefully when the big crash comes and the fat cats walk away from the game we`ll hopefully see the rebirth of the beautiful game again :bluescarf:

Karl, I don't mean All our fans, as some have stopped totally due to Tan and his circus that broke/divided our club.

I do think that WE as supporters were at least someway responsible for the split. if we all wanted the same for our club, then we wouldn't have a problem now. some were greedy and wanted the top flight at any cost, some wanted to remain as we were and keep trying for the top, while others wanted the top flight without realising the consequences until it was too late.
Tan is merely the devil at the crossroads.

But the Club are in my opinion more to blame as the intimidation/bullying was allowed to go on,even at the meetings I attended and Club official were present and holding these meetings.

As discussed on here previously, even most of the 2-4,000 die hards from the real 'bad days' have stopped going. Nothing to do with so called glory hunters/plastics these lot.

No to be fair they've stopped thanks to Tan/Nash/Rebrand etc

But 12,000 plus Red Glory hunters have stopped due to No big glory games any more.

Its not Tan or Nash, its the general direction footy has gone - its no cheap train on a saturday, no cheap tickets, no standing up .

Basically, its now a naff day out.
