Box to box midfielder and another striker plus Watt

If we sign Tony Watt, that's one box ticked. The other player I would go for is a box to box midfielder who will also give the team some leadership.

That captain of Iceland would be ideal I think. Let's sign him. Oh wait.

If there is only a small budget then put it all on watt. Hopefully slade will start to pick some of the better players in our squad who are not getting a look in.

Gunnerson hasn't been box to box since we won the championship under Malky. He was gash against Birmingham and he was gash most of last season too.

A full back???
We've got 3 very capable full backs plus Declan John.
Obviously you may say we need a back up player again but then won't acknowledge they are back up players when deciding that 'slade doesn't play his signings'.

Get Watt on a permanent deal, start giving Kennedy more of a chance, play Fabio more regular over Malone and bring Manga back in and I'll be happy.
We've got a strong enough squad to quietly go about our business and push for the play offs, questions is can slade get the best of the players we got?

I get the Tony Watt deal, but why let Slade buy anyone unless we give him a longer contract.
If we got a modern minded manager/coach next season would he want a Tom Adeyemi treating the ball as if it is made of plutonium everytime he got near it or a player like ralls who'll keep it all day if he wants ? Would he want full backs whose second position is centre half or a winger ?
I love our obsession with a box to box midfilder. I can't think of a box to box midfilder in the premier league nowadays, football is more structured at the top level. Most teams play with one or sitting holding players and an array of attack minded midfielders and fullbacks.
Our priority is to rid ourselves of the current dead weights
Revell
Ademyemi
Alf
Doyle
Jones (maybe)
Mason
Macheda
Dikgacoi (a fan but his fitness record is shocking)
Amd try to move Nooney on as this clowns 442 doesn't suit him. Don't think we can send back Ameobi as he had a set period loan.
No point mentioning Whitts (slicker

) as no one is going to meet his wage demand and he has 18 months left on his contract

Big striker to replace Kenwynne. Winger to replace Noone and a midfielder to replace Gunnerson (maybe recall Adeyemi if we can)

This is true but then people who don't watch City play think they know better.
I like Gunnarsson but he loses possession too much, is pretty average and doesn't show much in the way of leadership qualities with us.
