Am I a modern fan? - supported City since the early 1960s! I am sure that Kenwynne is a lovely fellow and as someone else said I can lmagine him chillin' on a beach somewhere and good luck to him BUT
I'd say I am an old fashioned fan who likes players who put in a good shift. You know the silly old fashioned idea of a fair days work for a fair days pay. Or the idea that in a really good team everyone has to work hard and work for each other.
Also, on a serious point, I have said from the outset that I would not have gone for KJ because he has always flattered to decieve wherever he has been. Far more knowledgable football people than me have all reached that conclusion. Also IF we are serious about getting back to the Premier league (I am not sure that we are).....then we need players to roll up their sleeves a KJ in his 30s will not be any great help to us in either getting there or staying there. I assume OGS bought him in hope more than expectation that he could do a short term job BUT unfotunately he was put on a longer term deal at a very inflated weekly wage.
