I agree.
We really need a nasty, snarling, roll your sleeves up leader who can lift the team on the pitch and kick a few arses when needed (which is quite often with some of them).

There should be ELEVEN Captains out there and to blame any result on Marshall being Captain is clutching at straws IMHO 
I listened to him on Tuesday night (you can do that at the CCS theses days
) and he couldn't have been clearer in his instructions to those in front of him

I never like Peltier but he is a bit of a tank.

My point is that a Captain in football isn't as influential as one in, say, rugby or cricket
It's up to the players to play to their strengths and the manger's 'system' (like it or loathe it) and one guy on the pitch screaming at the other ten when the manager/coach can do it ably from the side is a little outdated in football
