Euro Ticket public application

My mate has booked via the public application system via Eufa.

He has managed to book Wales first game against Slovakia but cannot apply for the other 2 matches?

He is not very good at computers so is there anyone out there who has applied for several matches via eufa system.

If so how can he continue to purchase other matches plz.

I won't be booking via public one so not able to help him lol.

He has booked Slovakia match but wants to book the other 2 but cannot figure out how to do the other 2 as it takes him straight back to his first booking (Slovakia) there must be a way on there to allow him to continue to book more. Just wanted to know what he does next.
