We won - so why am I so angry!!

I don't normally get too animated at matches but when we were AGAIN pulled back to 2-2 I couldn't help but let rip at Slade from where I was sitting!!
Anyone with an ounce of football awareness could see that for the third time in a row, when the opposition make tactical changes i.e. flooding the midfield leaving us overrun again our inept manager makes the wrong choices - putting an out of form striker on when we needed changing to 4-5-1.
Ok so we won but this clueless manager and his poor tactics has to go!!!
And I know he has been a great servant to the club but can someone tell me what Scott Young is bringing to the table???
Jeez - I'm not sure what I would have been like had we lost!!!
