Watt is defending from the front closing defenders down. doing an excellent job. team struggled last night when he went off as nobody was closing down their defence and giving them a license to start off attacks.

Mason was a joke when he came on,slow weak and disinterested. If that was him fighting for his place back,he has no hope .Watt even when he was on his last legs last night was quicker in thought and deed than a fresh Mason.

I've always liked mason for his work ethic, but even that has gone of late. Last night he struggled to get into the game. When running to close down keeper etc it was as if he was stuck in a treacle pond. He's starting to remind me of the "seed of chucky" from the child's play horrors
