Brentford had only been defeated once in their last 10 games before tonight. Well done to the players for showing the character to come back to win after getting pegged back yet again!

I think that dismisses Nathan Blake's claim that the players aren't fit. Also, another 3 goals with Peter Whittingham not in the team. We seem to be scoring freely since Whittingham has been dropped, but the goals we are now conceding is a concern!

I think it's obvious Tan is instructing Slade not to play Manga so he doesn't pick up an injury to stop us selling him in January. I believe Slade was instructed by Tan not to play Guerra, Cala, Daehli etc because Tan wanted to offload them.

That's just my opinion of course, but if Manga doesn't start our next game, I think we can expect him to be sold. Having not only the best centre back, but the best player (imo) in the Championship on the bench when we are leaking goals makes no sense.

Fantastic defender for this level but always prone to the odd lapse at crucial moments.

I'm not disputing that but thats not what he said. He said he was the best player in the championship.

I don't hate Whitts, he's a Cardiff City legend.

The stats show over the last 3 seasons, we have achieved better results and scored a lot more goals without Whittingham in the team. That's not an unreasonable blind hatred for Whitts, that's a fact.

While i don't disagree with that, people automatically look at the defence when goals are being conceded, but a defence that comes under pressure will ultimately conceded in the end. We are now more expansive but we must learn or slade must learn to tighten it when needed. We need new slade philosophy first half then boring boring slade second. Can't conplain. Great value

Watt has brought a new and very much needed dimension to our attack, a player with pace, power and the ability to finish. Absolutely sod all to do with Whittingham not being in the team, if Whitts was in the team in my opinion Watt would be doing even better.

I'm not surprised we are leaking goals at the moment because without Whitts and Dikaghoi we are missing players who are calm in possession of the ball and both are in a different league in this respect to Ralls and Gunnarsonn.

Also thought the set pieces tonight were very poor quality with Ralls, Pilkington and Noone ALL failing to deliver a decent cross from any set piece.

Won tonight despite Slade parking the bus for the 2nd half but lets face it Brentford were the weakest side to visit the CCS this season.

Whatever way you look at it, we are hard to beat - and it goes back even further than that.

He should get a new contract for job he is doing. The club is being run sensibly now withing it's means. Yet people are so bitter and twisted and just want a big name like a solskaer all over again. The crowd should stop chanting you don't what you doing to we dont what we are moaning about.
