Birmingham and Cardiff reportedly interested in non-league striker playing for Jamie Vardy's former side.

The 23-year-old has been one of the few bright points for Halifax Town this season.
Championship play-off contenders Birmingham City and Cardiff City are both reportedly interested in Halifax Town striker Shaun Tuton, according to The Sun.
Despite the Shaymen's struggles in the National League this season - they sit second bottom, already seven points off safety - the 23-year-old has taken no time to settle since his summer move, scoring seven times.
Following the emergence of Jamie Vardy, it appears that teams are starting to adopt a transfer policy that involves looking towards the lower leagues to uncover promising talent for a small fee.
Gary Rowett has previously alluded to the fact that he plans to look closer at the semi-professional game after handing a trial to Weston-Super-Mare forward Bradley Ash, and it appears that Cardiff are planning to follow suit.
The pair may sit in the top half of the Championship currently, but they are the lowest scorers in the division's top 10, which may severely harm their chances of capitalising on their promising start.
And if their relative struggles in front of goal continue, they may decide to turn to Vardy's former club in the hope of signing a striker ready to follow in his footsteps.

I like these sort of signings pennies turned into millions as some of these players have turned out.

Oh like Danny Johnson before we signed him?
He was touted as the next big thing in non-league football for scoring 51 goals in 48 appearances. He didn't even get a sniff for our 1st team and now plays for Gateshead

I'd rather us show a bit of intent by going for Bradshaw from Walsall myself . Proven prolific goal scorer in leagues 1 and 2 AND Welsh
