Booked an apartment Saturday for the England game. £60 per night for a 4 bedroom.

Just had an email from her saying it was double booked. So she has cancelled my booking and put the place back up for £200 a night.

I havent had a confirmation of my booking in lille & I was expecting the same email as yours.

I saw one place £200 for 4 people for 5 nights in the centre of lille. I cant image theyll stay that price.

I would heavily complain.
