Time for Vincent Tan?? (Vote)

Russell Slade has somewhat admirably carried out his 'brief' by reforming the Cardiff City into a more 'together' squad whilst reducing wages, but is it time for Vincent Tan to make a brave decision and replace Russell Slade in favour of a manager who can provide a very capable Bluebirds squad with the impetus to cement a place in the top 6 (maybe top 2) of a very open division over the coming months?

It was, but now (IMHO) the capitulation is too consistent to be ignored

Now is NOT the time to change the manager - do that at the end of the season, whether we go up or stay as we are.

My personal feeling is that Slade will not provide us with a play-off place (or better) and that IF Vincent Tan looked at the situation carefully, he might see that something as simple as bringing in another (this time proven) manager could offer a better chance of completing the job of gaining promotion successfully

Aim of the question was to ask members what they thought and it seems the majority of responders agree

Who would that be?

Slade might have us batting above our weight. He took over a side 16th and (according to this site) has made rubbish signings. By that definition then a replacement might make us worse.

Over a year now and all I see is a very limited and narrow minded manager. The squad is still a very good one when compared.

100% no.

With this squad, Slade's target was the play offs (which most of us accepted). We are only 1 point off, therefore he deserves our support.

He has Dalman to look after the club. Why would he waste time somewhere he isn't wanted? Be thankful he still provides us financial support.
