That would be 3 points out of 9 against teams around us. And would be mid table form. Wouldnt be good enough imo and i would sack slade and get a fresh man in for the new year.

Slade isn't and never will be capable of taking us up.

Can't see him being sacked unless we're in danger of going down, which is unlikely.

His contract is up in the summer though and wouldn't be surprised to see him replaced then.

No way will he take this club to the Premier League, but he won't be going anywhere soon. He is here until the end of the season at least. We will be playing Championship football next season, and Slade's future depends on what Tan expected from him this season. I think Tan's number one priority was to avoid being drawn into the relegation battle while costs were being slashed, and therefore Slade may well be doing everything that was aked of him. Time will tell, but he may be with us beyond the end of this season.

My guess would be nothing, until the next time we draw/lose a couple of games, then it'll be "Slade out" all over again. If we get 4-6 points from the next two games then we can count ourselves as play off contenders and we might have a chance. Anything less then its a failure and not good enough
