' Captain '

I'm told Slade reads the postings on here,something I very much doubt, but let's for argument sake say
he does,so I would make this one appeal,no point in asking him to change his archaic management style, its to deep rooted,but what he can do is give the captaincy to an outfield player who has a better understanding as to what's happening on the pitch or not happening, whatever the case maybe

Agree, but ultimately there should be ELEVEN captains on that field...with one of them taking responsibility for the toss at the start of the game and (maybe one day) picking up trophies!

I've said it over and over again... Gunnar should be our captain

Also, Manga should be reinstated to the starting eleven instead of one of those donkeys that we have at CB currently. I'd prefer for Connolly to be dropped though. I'm pretty sure that in one of the match programmes in our Championship winning season, he said in an interview that passing was one of his strong points
